Welcome to the
Mid-South Distance Learning Conference web
site!!
The distance learning associations from
Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennessee have reached
an agreement to forgo their annual conferences
every two years and host a tri-state conference.
This year we will be holding our first tri-state
conference in Little Rock, Arkansas at the
Hilton Little Rock, 925 South University Avenue.
The conference dates are October 5-7, 2011.
Who should attend the conference: distance
education coordinators, distance learning
educators, distance learning managers,
e-learning solution providers, instructional
designers, instructional technologists,
policymakers, subject matter experts, technology
coordinators, virtual instructors, and visionary
leaders. Learn from the best!
Connect and find out all of the do’s and don’ts
and trends for the future.
The conference will kick off at 1pm on
Wednesday, October 5th with a keynote
speaker to be announced at a later date.
We have breakout sessions (both on site and via
CIV), roundtable discussions, vendor
visitations, door prizes and more planned for
our first conference! We will close the
conference on Friday, October 7th
with an Awards Brunch where our Awards Committee
will be presenting awards to deserving groups
and individuals from the three states.
Some important dates to remember:
